Agreement

By using www.lownixtech.com you agree to these terms. Individual client projects are governed by a separate written proposal or contract; where the two differ, the signed contract prevails.

Our services

LownixTech provides software design and development services, including web development, mobile app development, AI feature development, and product/MVP development. Scope, timeline, and pricing for any engagement are defined in writing before work begins.

Quotes and payment

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Fixed-scope projects are typically invoiced in milestones; retainers are invoiced monthly. Work may be paused on overdue invoices after reasonable notice.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment for a project, the client owns the deliverables created specifically for them, including source code and design assets. We retain the right to use generic, non-confidential techniques, libraries, and know-how, and to reference the project in our portfolio unless an NDA says otherwise.

Client responsibilities

Clients agree to provide timely feedback, content, credentials, and approvals needed to keep the project on schedule, and confirm they have rights to any materials they supply.

Warranties and disclaimer

We build carefully and fix defects in delivered work reported within an agreed support window. Beyond what is stated in a signed contract, the website and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LownixTech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific work giving rise to the claim.

Third-party services

Projects commonly rely on third-party platforms (for example app stores, Firebase, or payment providers). Their availability, pricing, and policy changes are outside our control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will first be addressed in good faith through direct discussion.
